PURPOSE: A structure of an electrochemical biosensor and a measuring method using a biosensor are provided to accurately detect analyte cycle time and speed regardless of viscosity of an analyte. CONSTITUTION: A measuring method of an electrochemical biosensor includes the following steps: preparing at least two analyte recognition electrodes and electrodes for measuring analytes; preparing a biosensor; confirming whether an analyte recognition signal is received to the analyte or not(S114,S115,S116); applying an analyte measuring signal to a work electrode or a standard electrode when the signal is received to the analytel and measuring a response signal about the anlyte of the analyte measuring signal(S118).
