APPARATUS REMOVING SULFUR OXIDES AND NITROGEN OXIDES

PURPOSE: A desulfurization and denitrification device is provided to control operation of components removing and oxidizing sulfur oxides and nitrogen oxides by detecting change of permittivity of exhaust gas. CONSTITUTION: A desulfurization and denitrification device comprises the following: an oxidation tank(11) storing slurry; an absorption column(12) extended from the top of the oxidation tank; an exhaust gas inlet(13) in which exhaust gas flows; a slurry supply nozzle(16) supplying slurry to a plate(14); an oxygen supply unit(17) supplying gas containing oxygen to the slurry; an agitating unit(18) circulating the slurry in the oxidation tank; a photocatalyst unit performing photocatalyst reaction; a high-pressure discharge unit removing results produced by the photocatalyst reaction with high-pressure discharge; and a capacitance sensor controlling operation of each unit.
