PURPOSE: A system and a method for recharging a remote control mobile unit automatically are provided to place a remote control mobile unit to a charging platform easily. CONSTITUTION: A light transmission and reception unit(410) emits a light, and receives a reflective light. The light transmission and reception unit senses an RC(Remote Control) mobile unit. A control unit(400) turns on a charger if the light transmission and reception unit senses the RC mobile unit. The control unit supplies power to an external battery terminal through the terminal of the charger.
