PURPOSE: An ink storage device for inkjet printing and an inkjet printing device having the same are provided to prevent degradation of spray capability of ink by preventing increase of ink viscosity with restriction of evaporation in ink solvent. CONSTITUTION: An ink storage device(100) for inkjet printing includes a housing(101), a pressure adjusting member(104), and an ink storage section(103). An outer container of the ink storage device is the housing. A hole is formed inside the housing. The ink(300) for forming a catalyst layer is stored in the hall with the pressure adjusting member. The housing is made with a transparent or a semi-transparent material. The pressure adjusting member is formed in a horizontal direction of the housing.
