A method for controlling the expansion of the grain moth (Sitotroga cerealella Oliv.) populations includes techniques directed on creating unfavourable conditions for development of pests. Multiple settlings of Habrocytus (Habrocytus cerealella W.), the parasite of caterpillars and pupae of the grain moth, are carried out into premises at the beginning of settling grain storages and grain elevators.
