A method for operating frequency readjustment of an acoustic surface wave device is realised by changing capacity of variable-capacitance diode connected to a managing interdigitated transducer of the device. For frequency readjustment a speed angular dependence of acoustic surface waves propagation in monocrystal piezoelectric cell is used, excitation and detection of waves are realized by contactless method via system of input and output interdigitated transducers performed on dielectric plate located at curtain distance from an acoustic line, readjustment is realised by change in relative position (turn) of a plate as to the crystallographic axis of the acoustic line. |
