A method for penis reconstruction comprises the formation of neophallus from forearm radial flat and its transplantation in symphysis pubis site. At the first stage theimplantation of mesh allotransplant is carried out in fatty cellular tissue of a donor forearm site, and on second stage the prelaminated forearm radial flat is separated, the neophallus is formed of it and replace and transplanted into the symphysis pubis site
