Method for diagnostics of stage of chronical kidney disease in patients with symptomatic arterial hypertension that is realized through investigation of urine and evaluation of kidney functioning by rate of glomerular filtration, at that additionally one determines level of content of free fraction of oxyprolin in urea of patients and its correspondence to rate of glomerulal filtration, and at CKD of I stage level of free fraction of oxyprolin in urea is 4.1±0.4 mg/day, at CKD of II stage - (4.5±0.7 mg/day), in patients with CKD of III stage average indices of oxyprolin in urea - (6.5±0.9 mg/day), and at CKD of IV stage - (10.9±1.4 mg/day). |
