PROCESS FOR THE PREPARATION OF SILICON POWDER OF HIGH PURITY NANOTECHNOLOGY OF SOLAR SILICON

摘要

A process for the preparation of silicon powder of high purity comprises grinding of metallurgical silicon and its treatment by aqueous solution of inorganic acids for separation of admixtures. Grinding of metallurgical silicon is carried out in water by passage of impulsive electrical current through silicon granules; sublimation of admixtures is carried out between crystallites with the further separation of admixtures and silicon crystallites by precipitation of admixtures and silicon crystallites from aqueous suspension by means of various sedimentation rate of nanodispersed admixtures and microdispersed crystallites, and then silicon is treated by acids.
