A method for clarification of diffusion juice at processing of sugar beet and sugar cane comprises advanced preliminary defecation with introduction of flocculation agent polyacrylimide solution, main defecation, I saturation, filtering of juice of I saturation with separation of suspension of sediment of I saturation, II saturation and recycling of suspension of sediment of I saturation. The polyacrylimide solution is introduced into mass of juice during preliminary defecation. The preliminary defecated juice is settled. At that cleared juice is directed to the main defecation. Separated preliminary defecated sediment is mixed with suspension of sediment of I saturation, which is recycled. After that it is introduced into mixture with subsequent filtering. The prepared filtrate is directed to the main defecation, and the sediment is removed from the process. |
