The invention relates to the cultural medium for cultivation of filamentous fungi, containing molasses in the amount of from 60 to 65%, saccharose in the amount of from 10 to 15%, liquid, obtained after damping of maize grains till imbibition in the amount of from 10 to 15%, and yeast extract in the amount of from 10 to 15%. The invention also relates to the method for obtainment of filamentous fungi, primarily of nematophage fungi, in commercial-size basis, which consists in that the inoculation of conidia of the mentioned fungi is realized into cultural medium, mentioned above and aged at the temperature of 23-30°C during 5-10 days for evaluation of reproduction and growth of fungi, at that the source of mineral nitrogen is gradually added in small amounts into cultural medium, predominantly from the fourth day after inoculation of conidia. |
