METHOD FOR LONG-TERM KEEPING OF LABORATORY CULTURES OF PARASITE LYSIPHLEBUS (LYSIPHLEBUS FABARUM MARSH.)

摘要

A method for long-term storage of laboratory cultures of the parasite Lysiphlebus (Lysiphlebus fabarum Marsh.) includes keeping of the parasite in the organism of a host insect. Prior to the process of infecting larvae of aphids with females of Lysiphlebus mating thereof is carried out and the females are fed with a diet and they are kept in organism of host insects, that is aphid larvae of the 3-4ages.
