A method for replacing support support system of the blast furnace includes replacing the columns of the furnace shaft and hearth by fastening support belt, throat platform and the impact machine on the housing at the top of the furnace. Before the dismantling of the pillars on opposite sides of the furnace housing bearing rods are rigidly fixed on two of which the beam is set, which ends are fixed diagonally on the opposite columns of the impact machine. After that one by one, beginning at one of the columns of the impact machine, and then at another, at least one furnace shaft column and the hearth column is dismantled with the subsequent mounting on the existing foundation at an acute angle to the horizon at least one furnace hearth column and setting on it a vertical furnace shaft column, the top part of which bears the support belt of the throat platform and the impact machine. |
