METHOD FOR ERROR CORRECTION AND ERROR DETECTION OF BINARY DATA

PURPOSE: An error correction/detection method of binary data is provided to supply error correction probability which is higher than the probability of software message passing decoding when multiple bits of single Z array code symbol. CONSTITUTION: A first intermediate matrix which includes two rows of binary sub matrix is generated. A second intermediate matrix is generated by eliminating equivalent distance rows from each sub matrix of the first intermediate matrix. A third matrix is generated by eliminating corresponding matrix lines from the first line of sub matrices of the second intermediate matrix which includes only zero. A binary row vector is prepended to the third matrix.
