摘要 Different kinds of metallic stems are usually used as basic implant into the femoral bone to stabilize a head of an hemiarthroplasty or total hip arthroplasty, in different sizes and shapes, anatomical, rectangular for antirotation stability, fixed with or without acrylic cement or screwed only into the femoral diaphyseal canal and trochanteric region but not into the femoral neck cortex. There are not used also until now screwed stems or screwed metallic implants with primary stability to the inner surface of the femoral neck cortex between trochanteric region and femoral head. For surface hemiarthroplasties or total surface arthroplasties of the hip joint cup metallic arthroplasties also are used stabilized to the outer surface of the femoral neck and femoral head and are not basically stabilized by screwing into the inner surface of the femoral neck cortex. Some times they are accompanied by a small central stem positioned into the neck but it is not screwed into the inner surface of the femoral neck cortex. The osseointegrated biologicaly fixed screwed metallic implant which is proposed by the present patent for stabilization f an hemiarthroplasty or a total hip arthroplasty head is characterized by that is basically fixed by being screwed into the inner surface of the femoral neck cortex between trochanteric region and femoral head without being screwed into the femoral diaphysis canal or externally around the femoral head or neck.
