The device has an anchoring plot that is expandable under traction force exerted on area of the plot after implementation of a central support part e.g. support base (1), of an implant on a portion of a bone. The anchoring plot includes a connection zone that is in connection with the support part of the implant, and end portion (2c) from which the traction force is exerted. The anchoring plot is in communication with a hole formed in a center of the central support part of the implant.
