SELF MAGNETIZATION MSS SENSOR

摘要

PURPOSE: A magnetization magnetostrictive sensor is provided to improve defect and failure detection performance of an object by spreading conduction ultrasonic waves to a long distance after applying an optimized twisting wave to the object. CONSTITUTION: A magnetization magnetostrictive sensor includes a magnetostriction patch(110) and a first magnetic field applying unit(120). The magnetostriction patch has a magnetic property. The magnetostriction patch is attached on the exterior of an object(10) to be inspected. A first shaft(11) is formed in a longitudinal direction of the object. The longitudinal direction of the object is a second shaft.
