PURPOSE: A grip of eating utensils coupling structure and coupling method is provided to strongly bond an eating utensil and a grip and recover to the original state with absorbing water after gypsum plaster is harden. CONSTITUTION: A grip of eating utensils coupling structure comprises a body(3) ; a handle(5) which gypsum plaster is filled in; a connecting ring(11) which is installed between the handle and a reinforcing core; and the reinforcing core(2) which is formed at the end of the body of the eating utensil.
