PURPOSE: An auxiliary unit for helping growth of height is provided, which naturally stretches the body while sleeping and stimulates the growth plate of teenagers. CONSTITUTION: An auxiliary unit for helping growth of height comprises: a mattress frame(100); an upper body fixing unit(200) which fixes the upper body of a user on the upper part of the mattress frame using a belt; and a traction unit(300) adding the tensile force to the foot of the user by connecting a weight unit(350) capable of weight adjustment to the foot of the user. The traction unit includes a bottom bracket(310) preparing in the lower part of the mattress frame, and a shaft wheel part(320) mounted on the bottom bracket.
