PURPOSE: A frame structure of a bus body is provided to enhance work efficiency due to the composition of the bus frame by coupling a lower rail module including a bomb assembly with the bottom of an upper floor of a bus frame. CONSTITUTION: A frame structure of a bus body comprises an upper floor(310), a cross member(330), and a lower rail module. The cross member is fixed on the bottom of the upper floor in a constant interval. The lower rail module is fixed to the bottom of the cross member. The lower rail module and the cross member are connected through a combination structure of a bolt. A bomb assembly is fixed to lower rail frames(351,353,355) in the lower rail module.
