PURPOSE: A luminescence display panel and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to prevent the degradation of an image quality by forming additional electrode. CONSTITUTION: A first electrode(122) is formed on a lower plate(101). An organic layer(126) including a light emitting layer is formed on the first electrode. A second electrode(130) is formed on the organic layer. A buffer layer(128) is formed between the organic layer and the second electrode. The buffer layer has a superior hole-implantation property. The second electrode is based on silver, gold, platinum, aluminum, magnesium, molybdenum, iridium, ruthenium, nickel, palladium and alloy of the same.
