PURPOSE: A cosmetic composition containing a nanoliposome and vitamin C for preventing skin aging is provided to promote collagen synthesis in ECM(extra cellular matrix) and to prevent skin aging with enhanced elasticity. CONSTITUTION: A cosmetic composition for preventing skin aging contains nanoliposome and vitamin C. The nanoliposome is contained in 0.1-50.0 weight% based on total weight. The nanoliposome contains 0.1-20.0 weight% of collagen peptide. The average particle diameter of the nano liposome is 30-70 nm. The molecular weight of the collagen peptide is 50-1000. The cosmetic composition is used in the form of essence, lotion, cream, pack, gel, patch and spray.
