PURPOSE: A variable cutting tool device is provided to reduce constructing period by trimming an aspheric surface with a specific pattern by changing the angle of a tool. CONSTITUTION: A variable cutting tool device comprises a transfer block(10), a variable tool post(20), a tool(30), and a second actuator(31). The transfer block is horizontally transferred to a first actuator(11). The variable tool is fixed on the top of the transfer block. A semi-circle rail(21) is erectly formed in the variable tool. The tool is combined in the semi-circle rail of the variable tool. The tool varies the angle of the tool. The second actuator transfers the tool in the semi-circle rail and varies the angle of the tool.
