OPTICAL ELEMENT BACKLIGHT UNIT AND LIQUID CRYSTAL INCLUDING THE SAME

PURPOSE: An optical element with diffusion bead, a backlight unit and a liquid crystal display device having the same are provided to prevent the wet out phenomenon in advance while keeping brightness by difference between diffusion bead and refraction index of resin properly. CONSTITUTION: A base film(110) has the optical transmittance. A fine optical pattern(120) consecutively forms a plurality of threads and roots on one side of the base film. The incident light is condensed. A diffusion bead(131) is spread on the root of a minute optical pattern. The incident light is refracted with the difference of refractive index and perpendicularly irradiates.
