PURPOSE: A thermal head is provided to make modularization and simplification of the thermal head possible by integrally combining a thermal transfer head part and a control board while reducing an installation area for the thermal head. CONSTITUTION: A thermal head(100) includes a base(110), a control board(120), and a thermal transfer head(130). The control board is equipped on one side of the base. The thermal transfer head is connected to the control board, and, is equipped on one end of the control board. The control board is integrally combined to the thermal transfer head and the base. The base includes a cover(140) to surround the control board. The thermal head is installed inside a highway toll device.
