The mask (11) has an adjustable locking harness (16) for adapting back of a head of a user. The harness is connected to a filtering unit (12) by two upper and lower fixation points (18, 19) and has two guides (23, 24) in which adjustable attachments (27, 28) slide, where the guides are crossed in X- shape. The attachments are crossed at a crossing point of the guides, and made of semi-rigid material. A driving unit (30) constituted of an actuating roller (60) is coupled to the attachments at the crossing point for simultaneously sliding the attachments in the respective guides.
