The closure (10) has an element (14) fixed to a neck (16) of a bottle (12). The element has a plastic obturator (22) comprising an upper section (24) communicating with a container (18) of the element and encased in the neck. A lower section (26) of the obturator forms a transversal orientation diaphragm (T) and is moved between open and closed positions. A diaphragm activation unit is manipulated from an external surface of the element for activating the diaphragm from the closed position to the open position to release a fluid product along a vertical direction (V).
