The assembly (1) has a water retention container (4) that is opened at its upper part and provided with a water supply unit and a weir device (12). The supply unit has a duct connecting a storage tank with a water supply valve (24) of the container. A work top (2) is hollowed on a part of its surface, where the work top collects overflowing water from the weir device and directs the water towards a runoff water collector (14). The supply unit has a filtering unit arranged between the collector and the tank. A residue collector is arranged at a middle part of the runoff water collector.
