The wedge has a body (6) made of elastomer of type neoprene(RTM: synthetic rubber) and offering a contact face that contacts with faces opposite to prestressed or reinforced upper concrete element i.e. post (1) and prestressed or reinforced lower concrete element i.e. purlin (2). A surface of the contact face is lower than a surface of projection of one of the elements on the other element. A sealing plate (8) is connected on the contact face of the body, turned in a direction of the upper concrete element, and partially overlaps the contact face.
