PURPOSE: A method of transmitting a right object of contents is provided to control the transmission of a right object to more than one other devices from one device according to confirmation of move permission information. CONSTITUTION: A RI(Right Issuer)(30) issues a RO(Right Object) of contents to a first device(10)(S101). The first device determines the transmission of the RO of the contents by confirming the move permission(S102). The first device creates a corrected RO(S103). A first device duplicates and transmits the contents to a second device(S104). The first device transmits the corrected RO to the second device(S105). The first device transmits status information to the second device(S106). The first device deletes the status information of the RO(S107).
