VIDEO COMMUNICATION TERMINAL AND VIDEO COMMUNICATION METHOD USING NETWORK QUALITY ANALYSIS

PURPOSE: A video communication terminal and a video communication method using network quality analysis are provided to minimize the deterioration in video call quality in consideration of communication network quality during video call. CONSTITUTION: A video code(103) converts image data of a user, and an audio codec(104) converts the voice data of the user. A transmission unit(106) transmits the converted image data and the audio data to the other party. A wireless quality analysis unit(107) analyzes the quality of the communication network, and a data format adjustment unit(108) adjusts the data conversion format of the voice codec and the video code based on the quality analysis result.
