PURPOSE: A complex sewage treatment device is provided to maintain stability of effluent through ozone and ultraviolet rays treatment, and to remove minute floating materials and organic materials in wastewater or sewage. CONSTITUTION: A complex sewage treatment device comprises a processing tank outer body(91) and a processing tank main body(92). The processing tank outer body includes a supplied water mixing part(94) mixing supplied sewage and circulation water and is separated from the bottom surface and an inner side of the processing tank outer body. The processing tank main body includes a microorganism treatment zone(10) consisting of a porous support(12), an air spraying device(11), and a porous contact medium(13) in which aerobic microorganism is supported. A treated water outlet(72) and a circulation water outlet(93) are formed on the top of an ozone treatment zone.
