PURPOSE: A translucent panel is provided to make light transmit in three dimensions and improve thermal insulation using a cubic conductivity barrier layer. CONSTITUTION: A top plate(10) and a bottom plate(20) are mutually detached. A rib(30) prevents the deformation of the bottom plate and top plate. A three-dimensional septum layer(40) makes stereoscopic perception by preventing heat transmission. The three-dimensional septum layer comprises a semitransparent part which is made of translucent resin. |
