PURPOSE: A car hydraulic autotensioner is provided to improve the reliability of the autotensioner by simplifying a structure and enabling an autotensioner to be easily processed. CONSTITUTION: A cylinder(102) is pressed within an outer housing(101). A piston(104) is inserted into the cylinder. A check valve sheet(105) comprises a check valve(111). A working fluid is flowed from the check valve. The check valve comprises a check ball(115). The check ball is supported by a check valve spring(114). A flow path(116) is formed in a check valve sheet and a piston.
