PURPOSE: A multifunction water control valve with a circulating water guide unit is provided to enable the fire hydrant function even while both flow paths are closed for repair. CONSTITUTION: A multifunction water control valve comprises a valve casing(100), a flange part(200), a rotating part(300), a valve rod, a valve disc(500), a branch pipe, a body(600), and a circulating water guide unit. The circulating water guide unit is installed on one side of the valve disc to guide water through a flow path(101) to the elevating space of the flange part even while the flow path is closed with the valve disc. The circulating water guide unit comprises a closing end projecting along the edge of the valve disc and a through hole formed through the protruding closing end.
