The device has a handpiece (A) whose lower end is hollowed for forming a treatment chamber (B) that contacts with a cutaneous surface to be treated (C). A tube (D) vertically traverses the handpiece for supplying pressurized treatment fluid to a diffusion nozzle (E). A circumferential suction port (F) is formed at the base of the handpiece for discharging excess of fluid and exfoliation refuse. The suction port creates vacuum in the chamber to maintain treated skin under tension such that distance between the skin and pressurized fluid jet is identical at all points.
