The system has a rear suspension arm (2) connecting rear wheels (4) to a body of a motor vehicle, where the suspension arm is fixed to the body of the motor vehicle by an interior and exterior connections (18, 20) e.g. articulations, for permitting a displacement of the suspension arm. The interior connection is elastic, and has various stiffness controlled by a pilot device (22), and the exterior connection allows a pivoting suspension arm for leading a locking of the rear wheels supported under an effect of transversal efforts applied on the wheels.
