<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent electrical shorting (short) which occurs when a conductor wire that has come off contacts to a circuit region of a protective circuit module or battery cell, by preventing coming off of the entire conductor wire even if the conductor wire is cut off a soldering region between a conductive tab and the conductor wire. <P>SOLUTION: The battery pack includes a plurality of battery cells 100, one side part connected electrically to at least one of the battery cells 100, a conductive tab 200 having the other side part extending from one side part, a conductor wire 300 connected electrically to the other side part of the conductive tab 200, and a protective circuit module 500 connected electrically to the conductor wire 300. The conductive tab 200 further contains a conductor wire engagement part formed on the other side part.
