<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an axial gap type motor in which magnetic flux short circuit is suppressed. <P>SOLUTION: The axial gap type motor 10 includes: a rotor 11 which has a plurality of main permanent magnet pieces 41 magnetized in the direction of the rotating shaft O and arranged circumferentially, and a rotor core 13 having a plurality of main magnet holes 15 having the main permanent magnet pieces 41, respectively, and being rotatable around the rotating shaft; and a stator 12 which is arranged in opposition to the rotor 11 from at least one side in the direction of the rotating shaft O. The rotor core 13 is constituted by winding a tape-shaped magnetic plate 14 therearound, and includes a first winding layer and a second winding layer adjacent to each other in the radial direction. At a portion positioned at the same phase from the rotation center of the rotor core 13 of the first winding layer and the second winding layer, the first winding layer includes outside magnetic flux short circuit suppression parts 62 for suppressing the magnetic flux short circuit, and the second winding layer includes outside coupling parts 61. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
