PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compact and lightweight heat exchanger. SOLUTION: The water heat exchanger 22 includes a refrigerant tube 121 comprising multi-hole flat tubes 122 and 123, a water tube 125 comprising a flat tube, a refrigerant tube header 131, and a water tube header 133. A refrigerant flows in the multi-hole flat tubes 122 and 123, and water flows in the water tube 125. The refrigerant tube header 131 and water tube header 133 are cylindrical. Each header 131, 133 includes an opening 131a, 133a for the insertion of a first portion 122c, 123c, 125c of each tube 122, 123, 125 including a tip portion. The first portion 122c, 123c, 125c of each tube 122, 123, 125 is inserted in the opening 131a, 133a of each header 131, 133 such that a major axis direction (X direction) in a section of each tube 122, 123, 125 perpendicular to a longitudinal direction (Y direction) is along an axial direction of each header 131, 133.
