PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a battery pack in which an antennae having standard characteristics can be built, a structure in order to mount can be ensured, and this can be used for an information processor. SOLUTION: The battery pack is provided in which an antennae coil to carry out short-range non-contact communication, a battery cell, and a positive electrode terminal and a negative electrode terminal electrically connected to the battery are equipped. By superimposing a current from the battery cell or the current to the battery cell upon a signal from the antennae coil or the signal to the battery, this is sent out from the positive electrode terminal or the negative electrode terminal, or received from the positive electrode terminal or the negative electrode terminal, the battery pack is provided.
