PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a battery pack, with a plurality of unit cells connected, being easy to assemble and also having highly reliable joint parts without risk of coming off by vibration or shock after assembly. SOLUTION: The battery pack with a plurality of unit cells 11 connected in series or in parallel includes a battery holding member 13 equipped with a unit cell housing and a terminal holding part, and a terminal presser foot member 19. The unit cells are housed in the unit cell housing so that a face having a maximum area of the unit cell is parallel to a bottom face of the unit cell housing, and terminals of each unit cell are pinched between the terminal holding part and the terminal presser foot member. A conductive member is arranged at a position where at least either the terminal holding part or the terminal pressing foot part contacts with the terminal, whereby, electrical connection is achieved between the terminals of the different unit cells.
