<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accomplish a light-shielding structure that has desired characteristics and is easily manufactured. Ž<P>SOLUTION: An optical component has a structure where light-shielding layers 22, 33 having a plurality of openings corresponding to a plurality of lenses 32 are laminated on a transparent substrate 31 having the plurality of lenses 32. A transparent substrate 21 is provided which is pasted to the transparent substrate 31 via the light-shielding layer 33, and the transparent substrate 31, the light-shielding layer 33, the transparent substrate 21 and the light-shielding layer 22 are laminated in this order.
