<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic electroluminescent display device capable of increasing luminance by reducing interface reflection and extracting confined light inside an EL layer and capable of inhibiting generation of moires as well. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The organic EL display device is provided with a substrate, a plurality of organic EL elements each having an anode, a cathode and an organic layer, a protective film, and a moth-eye film 1. The moth-eye film 1 is arranged in a wave shape and has a plurality of pattern parts forming concavo-convex light emitting faces and is positioned on the substrate opposite to the protective film.
