摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a constant-temperature type oscillator, which can reduce height size thereof to improve workability thereof, and which can uniform a temperature distribution thereof. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The constant-temperature type crystal oscillator includes: a crystal resonator 1 with a piece of quartz crystal hermetically sealed; an oscillator output circuit having an oscillation stage and a buffer stage; a temperature compensation circuit; and a circuit substrate 5, on which the crystal resonator 1, the oscillator output circuit and circuit elements 4 of the temperature compensation circuit are installed. The temperature compensation circuit has a chip resistor for heat generation, a power transistor, and a temperature sensor. A principal surface of the crystal resonator 1 is installed so as to face one side board plane of the circuit substrate 5 with a first heat conducting resin 15a interposing therebetween, and the chip resistors are installed adjacently to the crystal resonator 1 to be thermally coupled to the crystal resonator 1 via a second heat conducting resin 15b. In the crystal resonator 1, a flange 14 is inserted into a groove 16 of the circuit substrate 5, and the heating resistors are installed on the one side board plane of the circuit substrate 5 so as to sandwich the lead wires 12 including a portion between the pair of lead wires of the crystal resonator 1, and the heating resistors surround an outer circumference of the crystal substrate 5.
