<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tire with improved performance referable to a friction force such as braking performance on an ice and snow road by securing an edge effect while restraining a small block from falling over when a large number of sipes are formed on a rubber block. Ž<P>SOLUTION: This tire includes a rubber block 30 blocked by peripheral grooves extending along a tire peripheral direction R, and lateral grooves extending along a tread width direction, and includes a plurality of small blocks, in which the rubber block 30 is blocked by a sipe 32 formed on the rubber block 30 and extending along a tread width direction. The small blocks include a first small block 34 having a first elastic modulus, and a second small block 36 having a second elastic modulus higher than the first elastic modulus.
