<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thin graphite composite film which shows excellence in handling, lamination, punching workability and thermal conductivity, enables a peelable film to be peeled without a damage to graphite, and prevents the peelable film from floating and being peeled, and to provide a graphite product covered with a thin insulating tape and an adhesive tape. Ž<P>SOLUTION: In the graphite composite film made by bonding the peelable film on at least part of one surface of the graphite film, the thickness of the graphite film is not more than 100 μm, and the adhesion between the graphite film and the peelable film is 0.001 to 1 (N/25 mm).
