<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To store a gas having Lewis basicity or acidity, in particular, a particular dangerous gas at low pressure. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A storage and supply apparatus includes (i) a container to accommodate a medium capable of storing the gas and (ii) a regulator means to supply the gas stored in the medium from the container. The gas having Lewis basicity is stored in the medium comprising a reactive liquid having Lewis acidity in the reversibly reacted state, or the gas having Lewis acidity is stored in the medium comprising the reactive liquid having Lewis basicity in the reversibly reacted state.
