<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for treating a waste toner cartridge which enables continuous crushing to improve the treating efficiency and allows direct reuse of separated materials. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The apparatus (100) for treating the waste toner cartridge includes a crushing means (303) for crushing the waste toner cartridge (101) to take out various materials 106 to 108 constituting the waste toner cartridge.
