PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent core wires from breaking even in case wires drawn out of a rubber stopper suffers from repeated vibration. SOLUTION: An equal diameter part 35 tightly insertion-coupled with an inlet 46 of a cavity 41 in a female housing 40 and a tapered part 36 gradually tapered off toward a rear end are continuously provided rearward in order at a rear-end side of a rubber stopper body 31 equipped with outside lips 34 in the rubber stopper 30. In case the rubber stopper 30 is insertion-fitted to a sealing part 45, a connection edge 37 of the tapered part 36 with the equal diameter part 35 is so set to be positioned on the same plane as or outside an opening edge 47 of the inlet 46 of the cavity 41. In case an aluminum wire 10 drawn out rearward from the rubber stopper 30 is bent, the bending is restrained at a part inserted into the equal diameter part 35, and a part inserted into the tapered part 36 is bent in a gentle arc, while absorbing bending force by elastically bending and deforming the tapered part 36.
